Best Western Charleston Inn offered a complimentary shuttle to the cruise ship terminal, making it convenient for families to catch their cruise without any hassle. The breakfast bar was perfect for fueling up before a day of exploring, and the spacious rooms comfortably accommodated our large family.

My wife says that the pool area could use some additional shade for families spending extended time there.

I stayed at Best Western Charleston Inn as a transit during my travel, and the convenience of being only 15 km away from Charleston International Airport was a major plus. The newly renovated guest rooms and suites offered great comfort and convenience, with amenities like mini-fridges, microwaves, and coffeemakers.

While the hotel had many positive aspects, I did experience some minor inconveniences. The external entry rooms were acceptable, but I had difficulty shutting my room door, as it required significant effort.

Lastly, the location was fantastic. The hotel was not too far from Historic Downtown Charleston, making it convenient to explore the area. It was also surrounded by beautiful grounds and gardens, providing a peaceful ambiance.

I recently stayed at Best Western in Charleston for a weekend getaway with my friends. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us special omelets for breakfast and going out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. The property was well maintained, with employees constantly cleaning the pool and rooms. We were even thrilled that they allowed us to bring our new puppy along. The AC kept us cool and all the employees were kind and helpful. We will definitely be back!
