The room was clean and cool, but the bed was too bouncy for comfort—definitely not ideal for seniors. The breakfast offered decent choices, though we missed it due to an early departure. The carpet and chair could use a deep clean; they were sticky and stained. A minor hiccup with billing lingered, which overshadowed an otherwise pleasant experience. Would return for the service and location.

Clean room with good A/C. The bed was comfy. Bathroom was small but had hot water. Breakfast was decent with waffles, muffins, and yogurt. Check-in and out were easy. Lots of parking in a safe area. Spacious room with useful amenities like a fridge and microwave.

We had a fantastic time exploring Morrison Center for the Performing Arts and Sports Humanitarian Hall of Fame nearby. The shows were mesmerizing, and the Hall of Fame sparked our children's interest in sports heroes. The cultural highlights added a memorable touch to our family trip.

My kids wished for an indoor play area on-site.

The outdoor pool was a perfect escape for our family! Breakfast was delicious, with so many options to fuel our adventures. The staff radiated warmth and made us feel right at home.

Inn America - Boise is ideally located near the airport and city, making it perfect for travelers. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, providing a refreshing stay. The complimentary breakfast is a delightful bonus, giving guests a great start to their day!

Had a cute & cozy room during xmas. The front desk staff was ultra friendly with my toddler, even creating a Halloween storyline that made him beyond happy! The breakfast had a great selection.

The front desk staff was a total mess. They were so disorganized that I got woken up thrice in the night since they didn't know who was in my room!

The air conditioning was efficient on a hot day, providing much-needed relief. The room was clean, but some minor cleanliness issues were noticeable. A toothpaste spot on the faucet and a few stains on the rugs caught my eye. The beds, unfortunately, felt lumpy, and one had a soiled bed skirt stuffed under the mattress. The shower had a tall head, which was a pleasant surprise. Staff was helpful when requested for extra pillows and a comforter. The bedside lamp shade was broken upon arrival, creating a safety concern that went unaddressed.

We chilled at Morrison Center for a sick performance and checked out the Sports Humanitarian Hall of Fame! The comfy beds and cool staff made it even better. Plus, free snacks and drinks rocked!

Location was the standout feature—conveniently close to the airport and a quick drive to downtown. The staff was amiable, which helps. the accommodations left much to be desired. The mattress was soft, but the room lacked cleanliness; A small table would be a welcome addition in the bathroom for getting dressed. I encountered consistent issues with the key card and sometimes had to wait for an employee who returned reeking of smoke. With a better focus on cleanliness and service, this place could offer a much-improved experience, but there are certainly better options nearby for a similar price.
