It was all superb.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the convenient location for exploring Napa Valley and nearby attractions. The hotel offered clean and comfortable rooms with great amenities like a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The reception staff was welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast options were excellent, with a variety of choices to satisfy everyone's tastes. The outdoor pool and jacuzzi were a nice added bonus.

The motel's proximity to my business training was very convenient, and I appreciated being assigned a room close to the parking space. Additionally, the hot breakfast was surprisingly good, with fluffy eggs and tasty sausage.

The location was a bit tricky to find, especially when trying to get to H.12 to Napa. Also, the water in the rooms was plumbed incorrectly, which resulted in a safety issue as it started from the hot position instead of the cold as labeled.

Plus, we found great places to eat in the area at a more reasonable price than in Napa.

The hotel's location is convenient, with several fast food places within walking distance and easy freeway access. However, the room next to the service alley is noisy. The staff is friendly and the room and bathroom are clean, but the bed only had one thin blanket. The breakfast ends early, at 9 am.

My daughter and I stayed at Best Western in Cordelia for her State Board of Cosmetology licensing exam. The room was spacious and the included breakfast had a wide variety of options. The pool and spa were nice, and there were pool towels provided. The location was convenient with gas stations, restaurants, and a theme park within walking distance. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional service from Michelle, the front desk clerk. She applied a discount for our exam and even packed a special breakfast for us since we had to leave early in the morning. Michelle's personalized service made our stay memorable.

Although the room appeared clean, I noticed some cobwebs on the curtains. Additionally, there was a minor issue with ants in the room.
