best western exceeded my expectations with their helpful and pleasant staff, especially Eva. loved the newly remodeled room and convenient location. the mexican restaurant on the property was unique and delicious.

Some mix up with rooms upon arrival.

The Mexican restaurant on-site was a unique and enjoyable feature. The seafood soup was amazing and my partner loved his long island drink. Also, the breakfast offered at the hotel was outstanding with a wide variety of options and always fully stocked, especially the delicious coffee. The breakfast attendant was also excellent, making everyone feel welcome and taking the time to connect with each guest.

The check-in process was a bit chaotic and the front desk staff seemed unfamiliar with the online reservation system. It took me a while to sort out the reservation issues on my own.

The warm breakfast exceeded my expectations, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff, especially Shawnee, was thoughtful and assigned me a ground floor room.

Nothing for me.

During my stay, the hotel had everything I needed. The hotel's location was very convenient, close to areas of interest in the Verde Valley, including a state park. The area was peaceful, but still close enough to Sedona that it didn't require a long drive. My room was clean, the bathroom was in great condition, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, and their breakfast was excellent. The pool area was well-maintained, and there were plenty of places to grab a bite to eat nearby. it was an enjoyable stay.

The hotel's parking lot could use more spaces.

We recently stayed at a hotel in a charming area nearby Sedona, which allowed us to explore the region during the day and retreat to a calm and relaxing atmosphere in the evenings. The hotel's location was ideal for our needs, as it offered a peaceful setting away from the hustle and bustle, yet still within reach of all the attractions that Sedona has to offer.

The hotel is conveniently located on South Main St, close to the center of the action. The rooms are recently updated and clean, with attention to detail. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the complimentary breakfast is included in the rate with several items to choose from.

Parking and pet-friendly facilities need improvement.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our breakfast experience enjoyable. The Inn was clean and the rooms smelled nice with white sheets. The pool area was inviting, and there were shops nearby including a great Mexican restaurant in the front parking lot.

The room was excellent, with comfortable beds, new carpets, and fresh paint. The breakfasts were outstanding, with a variety of options including scrambled eggs, sausage, fried potatoes, waffles. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, thanks to the hardworking maids. The front desk staff provided excellent customer service, and the attendant at breakfast was exceptionally friendly and attentive. it was a pleasant and homely experience.
