During our Christmas stay, we loved the fact that the hotel offered a convenient shuttle service. It made getting to and from the airport and downtown hassle-free. the scheduled runs to downtown were especially handy as we could easily explore the attractions and businesses without worrying about transportation. Additionally, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. the rooms were also clean and comfortable, ensuring a cozy and pleasant experience. Plus, the complimentary breakfast was a great start to our mornings.

One drawback we encountered was the absence of air conditioning in the rooms. It happened to be unusually hot during our visit, and not having AC made it a bit uncomfortable.

The location of Best Western in Mendenhaven was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed the convenience of being close to the airport and having easy access to downtown Juneau. The free shuttle service provided was a bonus, allowing us to explore the area without worrying about transportation. Despite a few minor drawbacks such as limitations on the shuttle schedule and the need for better soundproofing in the rooms, the overall value and experience at Best Western Country Lane Inn were commendable. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

All aspects of my stay were satisfactory, nothing needed improvement.

This hotel was a great choice for my stay. It was located near the airport and close to the glacier, which made it perfect for my travel plans. The attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, with new towels and clean trash cans, as well as a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. The value for money was excellent too, with breakfast included in the price.
