Staff helped me find my forgotten headphones. Love this place for Easter. It has Wi, Fi, free parking, 24, hour reception. Also, air conditioning and non, smoking rooms. Perfect fit for all my needs.

My whirlpool suite had jets that were not well-maintained, and the shower had low water pressure. Despite this, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was delicious, with a welcoming staff. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

The staff at Best Western was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our trip to Taliasen perfect. the indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub were clean and a real treat. the continental breakfast was top-notch, with lovely attention to detail.

Low water pressure in the shower, jets in whirlpool were dirty.

The breakfast had a nice variety with warm offerings, great for starting the day. the friendly staff made the environment welcoming. Convenient location for our business trip near Taliasen.

The noise from the nearby highway was a downside, even though our room faced the quieter side. It affected the overall tranquility of the stay.

Stopped here during a road trip with a short stay, and it was fantastic. Ken at the front desk was incredibly accommodating. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Great location with nearby amenities. Breakfast exceeded expectations with a variety of choices. Indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable. Staff were friendly and attentive. Special themes in the rooms added a unique touch.
