Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! We felt like we got great value for our money with a spacious room that comfortably fit our family of four. I had an amazing stay here! The room was spacious enough for my family of four. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were definitely the highlight. The water temperature was perfect, with complimentary towels and convenient poolside restrooms. The hotel location was close to the sights we wanted to see, and the view of trees on the hills gave a peaceful and isolated feel. The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly, creating a safe and relaxing atmosphere.

The location of this hotel was perfect for visiting the parks and attractions in South Dakota's Black Hills. It provided easy access to Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, and Custer Park. The hotel was also great for families with kids, as there were plenty of amenities to keep them entertained. The rooms were nice and clean, and the staff was friendly and attentive. this hotel offered good value for money and was an ideal choice for tourists looking to explore the area.

No areas of improvement needed. Everything was alright.

This hotel is located in a lovely area, nestled in the beautiful Black Hills. The staff was attentive and friendly, and as a rewards member, I was pleasantly surprised when they upgraded our room to a suite with a good view. The queen beds were comfortable and always kept very clean. Plus, breakfast was included and they offered a nice selection of items.

No improvements needed, everything was just fine.

I recently stayed at Best Western in Hill City for three nights for a family vacation. The hotel was clean and had great amenities, including a pool and hot tub. Most of the staff was friendly, especially the polite front desk employees. The housekeeping staff did an awesome job cleaning our room. We enjoyed the hot breakfast, which had lots of choices, and the coffee was absolutely delicious. One thing that really stood out was the manager's thoughtful gesture of going around during breakfast to check on everyone. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Plus, it was conveniently close to all the major tourist attractions. The breakfast spread had a great variety of items, and what made it even better was the manager's presence. He walked around and talked to guests, making us feel truly welcomed. He even provided us with valuable travel tips for the area. The front desk staff was also incredibly friendly and always had a smile on their faces. it was an excellent experience, and we would definitely stay here again.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the ideal location - just a short walk to main street and the train station. The cleaning staff was incredibly friendly and always happy to assist with any room supplies. We were even given extra coffee cartridges when we ran out.
