the staff at Tru By Hilton were incredibly friendly and helpful. the location was convenient, being only 2 miles from the airport and close to a grocery store. There were also plenty of food options nearby. the parking lot was spacious, with room for work trucks and trailers. the hotel was very quiet, providing a peaceful stay. the amenities, such as the breakfast and fitness room, were fantastic, and I wished I had more time to enjoy them. Tru By Hilton provided a great value and a clean place to stay.

I recently stayed at Tru By Hilton in Midland for a weekend getaway. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The lobby area was spacious and cozy, with communal sitting areas and games for guests to enjoy. Although the weather was too cold to use the pool, it looked inviting, as did the outdoor sitting area. the hotel provided a comfortable and inviting environment that truly felt like a home away from home.

Hotel was super posh, I felt like a queen. The staff was so knowledgeable, they even made me pay twice for my room just to keep me on my toes. The manager had to swoop in and save the day by giving me a refund. Now, that's service!

The front desk staff had a little trouble figuring out my payment, but hey, who needs a smooth arrival when you're staying at a roadside motel? It's all part of the charm!

The location of the hotel was also perfect for my needs, with great restaurants within walking distance and a grocery store just a stone's throw away. I can't say enough positive things about Tomi at the front desk, who made our entire stay enjoyable, and Stephanie, who made breakfasts a delight every morning. This hotel truly exceeded all my expectations and provided a fantastic experience from start to finish.

The front staff was amazing, greeting us warmly and taking care of our needs. They even allowed us to take some water bottles. The beds in the rooms were comfortable and clean, with fluffy sheets. The hotel's location was convenient, close to everything in the area and not far from Odessa.

The coffee provided was often cold and old, not fresh enough for a coffee lover like me. room service was not provided until the last day of our stay, which was quite inconvenient.

While everything was amazing, I did find it slightly inconvenient that there wasn't a microwave in the room. However, I discovered that there was one available in the lobby, which added to the communal and family-like atmosphere.

the hotel is simply gorgeous, with a great location close to everything in Midland. the staff was friendly and respectful, and I was pleased to find that they offer connecting rooms for families. the beds were clean, comfortable, and fluffy, and the room temperature was just right. I also loved the variety of the breakfast buffet and the outdoor fire patio. the hotel had plenty of fun activities for both adults and families, with arcade games, cornhole, and even a pool table in the lobby. it was a pleasant and enjoyable experience.
