As a frequent traveler, I recently stayed at Best Western in Allen Park for a week-long business trip. The staff was exceptional, providing friendly and efficient service. I was pleasantly surprised by the shuttle service to the Henry Ford complex, which was both convenient and appreciated. The hotel also boasts a delightful restaurant with a diverse menu of delicious food. Additionally, the clean and spacious rooms with comfortable beds, along with the indoor pool, jacuzzi, and other amenities.

Our stay at Best Western was fantastic! The front desk staff and shuttle drivers were friendly and helpful. The on-site restaurant had a delicious dinner and a great breakfast buffet. The room was comfortable and the maid service was excellent. The hotel had a clean pool and hot tub area. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The hotel had a nice indoor swimming pool and spa, which was a great way to relax after a long day. Additionally, the included breakfast was lovely with a wide variety of options to choose from. the hotel's location was also convenient, as it was just a short drive away from the Henry Ford Museum.

There were a few disappointments during my stay. the room I was given had some issues, including a missing remote control for the TV, a coffee machine that didn't work, and a burnt-out light in the room.

The value for the money was excellent, with spacious and clean rooms. The location was quiet and just a short drive away from downtown Detroit. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable.
