As a frequent traveler, I recently stayed at Best Western in Allen Park for a week-long business trip. The staff was exceptional, providing friendly and efficient service. I was pleasantly surprised by the shuttle service to the Henry Ford complex, which was both convenient and appreciated. The hotel also boasts a delightful restaurant with a diverse menu of delicious food. Additionally, the clean and spacious rooms with comfortable beds, along with the indoor pool, jacuzzi, and other amenities.

Our stay at Best Western was fantastic! The front desk staff and shuttle drivers were friendly and helpful. The on-site restaurant had a delicious dinner and a great breakfast buffet. The room was comfortable and the maid service was excellent. The hotel had a clean pool and hot tub area. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. This place is conveniently located near a shopping center and within walking distance of a little shop where they sold sweets. We were impressed by the service we received from the staff, especially the hostess in the dining restaurant. The room was comfortable, and we appreciated the in-room amenities such as the refrigerator and microwave. The spa and indoor swimming pool were great for relaxation after a long day of sightseeing.

The WiFi was fast and reliable. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious cookies I received every night at the reception - a must-try! The location was convenient for visiting the Henry Ford Museum and Greenfield Village, and the hotel even offered a free shuttle. The beds were comfortable, and the on-site restaurant served amazing fish and chips. The decor throughout the hotel was beautiful and added to the overall experience.

We had a late check-in at this Best Western and the staff went above and beyond to make us something to eat, even though the restaurant was about to close. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was great with easy access to the highway and plenty of dining options nearby. The breakfast offered a decent variety and we were pleased with what was provided.

The hotel had a nice indoor swimming pool and spa, which was a great way to relax after a long day. Additionally, the included breakfast was lovely with a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel's location was also convenient, as it was just a short drive away from the Henry Ford Museum.

There were a few disappointments during my stay. The room I was given had some issues, including a missing remote control for the TV, a coffee machine that didn't work, and a burnt-out light in the room.
