The bathroom could use more hooks for towels!!! The TV setup needs a clearer instruction manual!!! The desk situation could be improved for working comfort!!! More counter space in the bathroom would also be appreciated!!!

The stay was pleasant with a clean room and a good breakfast variety. However, there was noise from cars outside for a short time, and the staff could improve on ensuring privacy during nights. Great for families looking for comfort on a budget.

The bathtubs are shockingly worn out!!! The carpeting is in desperate need of replacement!!! The bathroom design is crammed and could use a serious rethink!!! More attention to cleanliness could enhance the overall experience!!!

Clean room, friendly staff, and great breakfast choices were highlights during my stay, making it an ideal spot for travelers looking for basic amenities like free Wi-Fi and convenient access to the Natrona County Airport.

Right, the staff were bang on—proper friendly and the warm cookies at 5 PM were a lovely touch! The only downside was the breakfast area was well packed, not much space to sit. Overall, a right decent spot!

during my stay, I loved the quick morning walk to the Casper Planetarium, just a little over half a kilometer away, and the easy access to the walking paths along the river, perfect for leisurely strolls and enjoying the park views before a day of exploring the city.

quality inn offers a decent price for a comfortable stay. the room had a great desk and chair for working. Better-than-average beds. I enjoyed using the exercise room. it was really handy after a long day. the breakfast spread was also impressive, with plenty of options.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, quickly adjusting my room to the main floor for easier access. Breakfast included a delightful array of options, highlighted by delectable French pastries that I particularly enjoyed. However, the air conditioning unit was located in the sitting area, leaving the sleeping area warmer than preferred, and the complexity of the TV setup was frustrating, making it hard to enjoy entertainment. Despite these challenges, the positive interaction with staff made the stay worthwhile.

the lounge area at reception was very relaxing before dinner. one downside was no elevator for rooms.
