This hotel was perfect for our stay. The location was great, with easy access to the highway but without the noise of traffic. We loved the fact that there was a gorgeous lake at the back of the hotel, providing a beautiful view from our balcony. The rooms were clean and well-decorated, fitting perfectly with the area. The size of the rooms was also impressive, providing plenty of space for our needs. Additionally, the breakfast was amazing, overlooking the picturesque lake.

The price was great for our weekend stay and the location was perfect. We had a beautiful view of the lake from our balcony and enjoyed feeding the ducks in the morning. the breakfast offered was top notch with a variety of options.

The room cleanliness was subpar with silly string on the walls and lampshade, and the ice bucket and walls had stains. Additionally, the pool lining was bubbling and the lights at the entryway were not working until the end of our stay.

Secondly, the rooms with a view were absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to the sight of the small lake right outside my window was magical. Lastly, the value for money was exceptional. I couldn't believe the prices for such a high level of comfort and attention to detail. This hotel truly knows how to make their guests feel valued and appreciated.

The hotel room had a nice balcony with a view of a small lake, perfect for enjoying morning coffee. the beds were comfortable and the staff was fantastic. the hotel's location near the dunes and just an hour outside of Chicago was ideal for our city trip.

There was no hot tub available and the guests did not have access to the outdoor deck.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. They promptly fixed the heater in my room within 10 minutes of my complaint. The hotel informed me about the ongoing renovations, so any issues were due to that. The large fridge and microwave in the room were convenient, and the love seat that turned into a bed was perfect for my son. The room itself was clean, spacious, and soundproof. The cable TV had plenty of stations, and the location near stores was ideal.
