I recently stayed at the Residence Inn in Williams Centre for a quick getaway. The bed was firm, but surprisingly comfortable. The breakfast spread was impressive with scrambled eggs, egg whites, sausages, and even a mini waffle iron. The front staff may not have been overly friendly, but they were helpful. The cleanliness of the room and facilities was top-notch, and the ice maker in the fridge was a convenient bonus. And let's not forget the amazing water pressure in the shower - A-1, guys! I'll definitely go out of my way to stay here again.

Room cleaning was not up to par, surfaces not cleaned, tub not cleaned, floors not vacuumed. Neglected hallways, with dropped food and trash.
