i had a pleasant stay at best western during my recent stop in florence. the room was clean, and the check-in process was fast, making my long travel day easier. overall, the experience exceeded my expectations for a quick overnight rest.

the breakfast options were very limited.

However, the noise disturbances from nearby train tracks were a real nuisance, disrupting sleep. Various maintenance problems surfaced, such as a malfunctioning air conditioning unit that couldn't provide consistent comfort. To top it off, breakfast options were inconsistent and left guests feeling unsatisfied, which isn't what you want for a morning start. Had a fun group getaway with friends! We visited nearby attractions and really enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was well-stocked with various choices. The layout made everything easy to access, which was nice.

We had a hiccup when the room was set up for only 2 instead of the 3 people, which required a trip to the front desk for extra linens. The workers were friendly, but it was a bit inconvenient.
