absolutely horrible service, we arrived at 2:45 and our room wasn’t ready. one poor lady tried to do it all, dirty chairs and a mattress that’s seen better days. i nearly decided against giving this a good review, but seriously, no one even checked in on our jacuzzi situation, how rude!

Ja, no, the staff were so lekker and super helpful! The brekkie was fresh, and the comfy bed made me feel right at home. I loved having a microwave and fridge in the room, saved me a bundle on food while I was there.

Had a lovely stay! The breakfast was fantastic (loved the waffle maker! ) with plenty of options like yogurt and juices. The staff was super friendly, especially Nancy and Amber, who were very accommodating.

However, the bathroom was quite small and could use better lighting—just felt a bit cramped.
