We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the center of San Francisco. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, and the spaciousness of the suite was a pleasant surprise. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a well-stocked bar and comfortable beds. The location was perfect, just minutes away from Union Square and in close proximity to various transportation options. The staff, particularly Chrissy, the night manager, went above and beyond to make our anniversary special, upgrading our room, providing drink vouchers, and even sending champagne to our room. it was a perfect weekend.

This hotel has a great location, it is very near to all the tourist spots in the Tenderloin district. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and good water pressure. The staff is helpful and friendly, especially the concierge who provides personalized service and recommendations. Breakfast choices are excellent, and there is a lovely lounge for relaxation.

Some guests find the lobby too dark and gloomy, and the entrance doors heavy to manage.

I recently stayed at The Clift and had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, giving us a room upgrade and vouchers for drinks at the bar. The housekeeping team did an amazing job cleaning our spacious room with a beautiful bathroom. The hotel has a stylish and unique design, especially the all-white rooms. The concierge was able to secure tickets to a fully booked Alcatraz tour, which we really appreciated. The lounge had a great atmosphere, and my kids loved the pizzas. a classy and enjoyable stay.

Conveniently located near Union Square with great views from high floors. Rooms are equipped with fridges and microwaves upon request. The valet parking service is very efficient. The breakfast at the nearby café is tasty but slightly pricey. The hotel bar is lively and features live music, making for a fun evening.

The hotel had a great location, being close to Union Square. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing recommendations and even accommodating our puppy. We also enjoyed the onsite club and the added security at the elevators.

The room was outdated and didn't match the theme of the lobby. The furniture didn't match and looked like it came from a thrift store. The bathroom was also outdated and had poor lighting. The walls were thin and the carpet was stained. The price we paid for the night was also extremely high.

Enjoyed my stay here last weekend. The check-in staff were very friendly and even provided tips on getting to my wedding venue on time. The bedding and towels were of high quality which made me feel comfortable. I also enjoyed the fine room service and prompt response to requests.

The rooms are worn out and in desperate need of repair. There were cracks and chips on the furniture and walls, and the bathroom fixtures were leaky and hard to control. Hotel maintenance was lacking, which affected my experience in the room. I would stay here again, but only if new management insists updating the tired, worn rooms.
