I had the best stay at The Clift, my favorite hotel in SF! The room was spacious with luxurious bed linens and ample closet space. The decor had a dramatic feel, perfect for art and literary enthusiasts like myself. The wide halls and lavender doors added a touch of elegance. The location was excellent, just a short walk from Union Square. Coffee service in the lobby and the buffet breakfast with a room credit of $10 were great amenities. The wifi worked seamlessly, even with all four of us connected. an amazing experience!

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location was excellent for someone who only had 24 hours to explore the downtown area. The hotel is situated right next to a theater, making it convenient to attend shows and performances. The lobby and Redwood Room bar had a nice and fashionable atmosphere. The room itself was incredibly spacious with high ceilings, providing a sense of grandeur. The bed and bedding were super comfy, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and well-appointed, adding to the overall comfort of the stay.

In terms of improvements, the hotel could provide a better seating area in the room for check-in. Currently, there is more seating space than desk area, which can be a bit awkward when trying to keep luggage out of the way.

The staff, particularly Chrissy, the night manager, went above and beyond to make our anniversary special, upgrading our room. it was a perfect weekend.

This hotel has a great location, it is very near to all the tourist spots in the Tenderloin district. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and good water pressure. The staff is helpful and friendly, especially the concierge who provides personalized service and recommendations. Breakfast choices are excellent, and there is a lovely lounge for relaxation.

Some guests find the lobby too dark and gloomy, and the entrance doors heavy to manage.
