We had a fantastic and comfortable night out in the Provo area. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location was convenient, with lots of restaurants nearby. The parking was spacious and easily accessible.

the beds were incredibly comfortable and already had extra pillows on them, which was a nice touch. the room was very clean, with trash liners in the trash cans and a sanitized paper label around the toilet seat. the hotel had a nice ambiance, with cool hallway ceilings and a clean smell throughout. the amenities in the room, like the shampoo and body wash dispensers, were convenient. the hotel also had a cozy entrance with a large TV and electronic fireplace. the parking lot was well-kept and there were gas stations on either side, as well as a Denny's across the street. it was a nice stay at Best Western.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property and it was truly a relaxing and comfortable experience. the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the suite with a king bed and jacuzzi tub was fantastic. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was included with the room. it was a great stay and I would definitely choose Best Western again.

Additionally, they made sure our family members were placed in a room directly above us for easy assistance. It made our trip so much smoother and we are grateful for their exceptional service. The location was also convenient for our plans nearby. The breakfast offered a good variety and the ceramic dishes and metal flatware were a nice touch. we had a positive experience and would consider staying here again in the future.

While the room was clean and comfortable, there were some minor issues that could be improved. The bathroom could use some repairs, particularly the tub which created loud noises during bathing or showering.
