This hotel truly felt like a home away from home. The staff made us feel like family during our 11-week stay and their attention to detail was impeccable. From the delicious breakfast options, including both hot and cold choices, to the popcorn in the afternoons and the fire pit in the evenings, they went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

The hotel was conveniently located on the main street, making it easy to access nearby attractions and restaurants. the lobby had a beautiful rustic look, with cozy log cabin decor and background music that set a nice ambiance. I also appreciated the large hot tub in the pool area, it was a great way to relax after a long day.

There were a few issues during my stay. the key card maker was broken, so I had to use safe keys which required special handling.

The breakfast was amazing and had a lot of variety to choose from, including fresh eggs and pastries. the staff was very friendly and accommodating. the hotel had a charming rustic decor that made the stay feel cozy and homey.

The check-in process was a bit confusing and delayed due to issues with payment methods. the location was a bit further out from the main attractions than we would have preferred, but it was still a scenic drive.

During my stay at the Best Western Northwoods Lodge, I was impressed with the gorgeous lobby that had that cozy log cabin feel. The staff was attentive and resolved any issues I had promptly. I enjoyed the spacious pool area, especially the huge hot tub. The breakfast was hot and ready, although it could benefit from an extra waffle machine. it was exactly what I expected from a Best Western - clean, convenient, reasonably priced, and with a delicious free breakfast.

Even though there were some minor drawbacks, such as the inconvenience of using safe keys due to a broken key card maker, and the missing WiFi password on the key envelope, these issues were temporary and didn't affect my overall experience. In conclusion, I definitely recommend staying at this hotel for a pleasant and comfortable visit.
