I had a great value, great stay at this hotel! The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean. The location was perfect, with Old Town Orange just a short walk away, offering a variety of unique restaurants and shops. I recently stayed at a hotel in Orange and had a great experience. the staff were amazing - courteous, professional, and made special accommodations for our family. Secondly, the rooms were newly refurbished and clean, with all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Lastly, the location was perfect, close to the area I was visiting, and the value for money was unbeatable. Oh, and did I mention the breakfast included? It was fantastic - fresh, and personally served by one of the staff members.

Good Value in Orange

The only downside was the occasional noise from cars racing on the street and the housekeeping staff blaring their music when cleaning rooms.

The hotel had clean and nicely appointed rooms, with hard surface floors which I really liked. It was also conveniently located very close to the Honda Center, making it easy to get to events there. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had a good parking spot for our classic car, which was greatly appreciated.

There were a few negative aspects of my stay. the hotel lacked sufficient staff for the breakfast room, resulting in long lines and delays.

Nothing that I didn't like.

As foreign tourists, we loved the convenient location of Best Western Orange Plaza. It was close to St. Joseph hospital, where I was attending training, and surrounded by essential services like supermarkets, mobile phone stores, Starbucks, and a mall. Being close to Anaheim and Disneyland was also a big plus for us. We thoroughly enjoyed the nice pool, and the fact that there was a bus stop right next to the hotel. The staff and manager were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

One thing that could make the breakfast better would be to improve the quality of the bacon.

We loved the spacious and inviting rooms with a wonderful tub/shower combo. The staff, especially the sweet elder lady at check-in and the helpful elder gentleman in the morning, were amazing. The hotel had a great location, close to Disneyland, Angel's Stadium, and other attractions. The daily cleaning schedule impressed us, and the staff was accommodating and friendly. The motel served a good breakfast with excellent coffee. The recently upgraded rooms were a nice touch.
