Amazingly designed hotel, beautiful grounds and pools, convenient location near the beach and restaurants, top-notch service with a smile, helpful concierge.

We had a truly amazing experience at this luxurious hotel. The location on the ocean was absolutely breathtaking - we were surrounded by the beauty of the picture-perfect beach and the sound of the waves crashing way above us. The staff here were so polite and helpful, making us feel welcome right from check-in. The spacious room provided enhanced comfort, and we were impressed with the quality of the amenities such as the ironing facilities and the in-room safe. The hotel also offered a wide range of services, from car hire to dry cleaning, making our stay even more convenient.

We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel's cleanliness, facilities, and location in the Poipu area on beautiful Kauai Island were exceptional. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable.

We had an amazing stay at a beautiful resort that never felt crowded. Our ocean view room was spacious and luxurious, with a stunning bathroom. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal and we still crave the coconut syrup. The staff was attentive and the on-site restaurants and bars had great food and delicious cocktails. The best part was that even though it was a huge hotel, we never felt overwhelmed by the number of guests. we highly recommend this resort, but be prepared for some minor issues with water pressure and finding shaded chairs after 11 am.

We absolutely loved our stay at this place. The location was perfect for us as it was away from the touristy part of the island, but still just a short drive to everything. The staff here went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing experience. From the valet to the drink waiters by the pool, everyone was friendly and attentive. The rooms were beautifully designed and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The grounds and pools were meticulously kept and provided a wonderful place to walk around. We also appreciated the convenience of the in-hotel shop, laundry service, and complementary toiletries. everything about this venue exceeded our expectations and made our 30th anniversary treat extra special.

Nice beach in front, good breakfast buffet, friendly staff. Spacious room, large bathroom, balcony with ocean view. Other beaches nearby. Great water attractions, mix of fresh and salt water. Stunning architecture, beautiful gardens. Integrated pools create jungle-like atmosphere. Comfy bed, well-sized room. Landscaping with flora and fauna, waterfalls. Saltwater lagoon offers safe swimming. Lazy river pool and water features. Skip buffet, have croissant at Terrace. Lounge by poolside, servers take care of you. Friendly and helpful staff.

The resort had everything we needed for a luxurious stay. the rooms were nice and the view was amazing, especially from the pools. We loved spending time at the pools, they were clean and had warm water which was refreshing. the staff was friendly and always ready to help. the food and drinks were great, and we enjoyed the convenience of the club lounge. the property was relaxing, tropical, and had something for everyone. We also appreciated the early check-in and late check-out options provided by the hospitality lounge.

There were a couple of minor downsides. if you choose a room close to the pool or garden, it could get noisy during the evening events and shows.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this resort in Koloa. The property is stunning and offers true luxury in paradise. The spacious and comfortable rooms were a highlight, especially the bed and large bathroom. We also appreciated the option to skip daily housekeeping and receive a $10 food credit. The food at the hotel was outstanding, with a delicious and generous breakfast buffet. We highly recommend trying the Tidepools restaurant or splurging on a Share the Stars dinner for a truly perfection culinary experience. The variety of pools and hot tubs on the property were fantastic, and we particularly enjoyed spending time at the beach and relaxing at the saltwater lagoon. The complimentary washer and dryers were a nice touch, although they tended to be quite busy. The fitness center had everything we needed for a good workout. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the beautiful Poipu Beach where we could spot turtles and seals at sunset.

The facilities were beautiful, with stunning gardens and pools for all ages. the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout the entire stay. the room was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a large TV. the hotel offered a range of amenities, including a free laundry service and a room service menu with decent prices. the location was ideal, with easy access to the beach and a variety of restaurants and shops nearby.

The buffet breakfast was a bit repetitive, with the same options available every day. Additionally, the price of the breakfast, including taxes and tips, ended up being quite high.

The facilities were excellent, with breathtaking grounds and a beautiful view. the staff was very helpful and friendly. In terms of location, it was conveniently located near the beach and had easy access to other attractions. Another bonus was the free guest self-laundry, perfect for a long stay.

The hotel was quite expansive, which meant that the walk from the parking lot to the room could be quite long. It would have been more convenient to have everything easily accessible without having to make a long trek.

The staff at this hotel were amazing! From Eric at the front desk to Marla in the foodservice area, everyone was top-notch. The beautiful grounds were meticulously manicured, showcasing the stunning Hawaiian flowers. I loved that there were tasty restaurants right on site, as well as a coffee bar with fresh baked pastries in the morning. The hotel facilities, including the pools and gym, were fantastic and open 24 hours. Complimentary laundry facilities were a bonus, especially since our swimsuits took forever to dry in the humid climate. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby state parks.
