We had a truly amazing experience at this luxurious hotel. The location on the ocean was absolutely breathtaking - we were surrounded by the beauty of the picture-perfect beach and the sound of the waves crashing way above us. The staff here were so polite and helpful, making us feel welcome right from check-in. The spacious room provided enhanced comfort, and we were impressed with the quality of the amenities such as the ironing facilities and the in-room safe. The hotel also offered a wide range of services, from car hire to dry cleaning, making our stay even more convenient.

We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The staff at this hotel were amazing! From Eric at the front desk to Marla in the foodservice area, everyone was top-notch. The beautiful grounds were meticulously manicured, showcasing the stunning Hawaiian flowers. I loved that there were tasty restaurants right on site, as well as a coffee bar with fresh baked pastries in the morning. The hotel facilities, including the pools and gym, were fantastic and open 24 hours. Complimentary laundry facilities were a bonus, especially since our swimsuits took forever to dry in the humid climate. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby state parks.

The hotel's cleanliness, facilities, and location in the Poipu area on beautiful Kauai Island were exceptional. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable.

We had an amazing stay at a beautiful resort that never felt crowded. Our ocean view room was spacious and luxurious, with a stunning bathroom. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal and we still crave the coconut syrup. The staff was attentive and the on-site restaurants and bars had great food and delicious cocktails. The best part was that even though it was a huge hotel, we never felt overwhelmed by the number of guests. we highly recommend this resort, but be prepared for some minor issues with water pressure and finding shaded chairs after 11 am.

We loved staying here - the location is amazing with a beautiful beach just steps away. The service was excellent - the staff were all friendly and accommodating. The pool was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. We also appreciated the convenience of having car/bicycle hire and dry cleaning available on site.

Amazing customer service, from the bell hop to the restaurant staff. Beautiful views from the patio with easy beach access. Variety of restaurants with delicious food. Complimentary laundry facilities are a helpful amenity. Nice pool and great location.

We had a great weekend at a resort on the south shore of Kauai. The resort had an excellent breakfast buffet and they offered complimentary water bottles with filtered water. The location was perfect, with amazing ocean views and beautiful pathways along the shore. We also loved the swimming pools and the fact that there were many options to choose from.

The resort was very big, and it was a bit of a walk to get from one point to another. This was not so great for people with back issues or those who prefer to stay in a more compact space.

The staff here went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing experience. From the valet to the drink waiters by the pool, everyone was friendly and attentive. The rooms were beautifully designed and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The grounds and pools were meticulously kept and provided a wonderful place to walk around. We also appreciated the convenience of the in-hotel shop, laundry service, and complementary toiletries. everything about this venue exceeded our expectations and made our 30th anniversary treat extra special.

Stunning architecture, beautiful gardens. Integrated pools create jungle-like atmosphere. Comfy bed, well-sized room. Landscaping with flora and fauna, waterfalls. Saltwater lagoon offers safe swimming. Lazy river pool and water features. Skip buffet, have croissant at Terrace. Lounge by poolside, servers take care of you. Friendly and helpful staff.

The lazy river and huge pools were amazing. We loved the beach and how the resort had water stations everywhere. Our room facing the ocean was clean, and the free breakfast and snacks at the lounge were a nice touch. we had a great stay at Grand Hyatt. I highly recommend this resort.

As adventurous travelers, we loved the variety of activities offered at the resort, such as the luau show and the waterfalls. We also enjoyed the beautiful pools and hot tub, as well as the saltwater lagoon for safe swimming. The staff was incredibly nice and provided excellent service. The buffet breakfast was something we looked forward to every morning, and we appreciated the water bottles and refill stations. the property was stunning and we can't wait to come back.

Felt like treated like royalty, no reason to complain.

Located on a beautiful beach with fantastic pools, the resort proves to be an ideal spot for a relaxing vacation. The Nespresso machine in the room and spacious accommodations add to the comfort. The property's Regency Club is hailed as one of the best and suitably caters to food allergies.

The staff could be more accommodating regarding informing guests about events that may occur on the property in the evening.

The resort had everything we needed for a luxurious stay. The rooms were nice and the view was amazing, especially from the pools. We loved spending time at the pools, they were clean and had warm water which was refreshing. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. The food and drinks were great, and we enjoyed the convenience of the club lounge. The property was relaxing, tropical, and had something for everyone. We also appreciated the early check-in and late check-out options provided by the hospitality lounge.

There were a couple of minor downsides. if you choose a room close to the pool or garden, it could get noisy during the evening events and shows.
