As a couple, we loved the spacious and clean rooms, comfortable beds, and great cable TV. The included breakfast was excellent with a variety of options. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the location was convenient for shopping and dining.

Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient as it was close to restaurants and fast food options. This made dining out or grabbing a quick bite very easy. Lastly, the hotel was pet-friendly and provided amenities such as pet beds, food and water bowls, and even treats. This made traveling with my furry companion a lot more enjoyable.

One downside was the cleanliness of the room. Despite contacting the front desk multiple times, the room was not cleaned after the first night stay.

The entire facility was spotlessly clean, and the staff maintained a professional demeanor. The gym, although a bit chilly for my liking, had ample antiseptic products for machine sanitization. The breakfast was fantastic, especially the made-to-order omelette. The evening treat of free soda and popcorn was a nice touch.

I had a pretty unpleasant experience with the housekeeping staff. They seemed in a rush to clean the room even before our checkout time.

We had a wonderful stay here. The location of this place was perfect as it was situated in a nice walkable area. The service from the staff at the reception desk and breakfast room was tops - they have the best customer service. We also enjoyed the leisure spa & wellness centre with its indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and fitness centre. The room amenities like air conditioning, mini-bar, and flat-screen TV definitely enhanced our stay.

Had an amazing Xmas trip! Got a warm welcome and a complimentary room upgrade, which was a nice touch. Loved the breakfast with a wide variety of options, and the chef cooking made to order omelets was a great touch. Plus, the location was perfect with several restaurants within walking distance.
