Checking in was a breeze thanks to Tammy, who allowed early access. The location off the interstate is convenient, and the rooms were modern and clean, but the experience quickly soured. Staff seemed rushed and unfriendly; a wake-up call we didn’t request disturbed our baby. The soap had a strange smell, and the breakfast options left much to be desired. A hefty deposit and a lack of clear communication about services didn’t help either. With a little more attention to detail and hospitality, this place could be great, but it currently misses the mark.

A vibrant stay near charming attractions and dining options

During my recent visit, I found the area around the hotel to be inviting and filled with interesting places to explore, with Keller's Flea Market just under 3 km away and the beautiful Coastal Georgia Botanical Gardens less than 2 km from the property, making it easy to spend a lovely afternoon wandering around these attractions. The neighborhood felt safe and well-maintained, and there were a number of restaurants within walking distance, including Ruby Tuesday and Applebee's, allowing for convenient dining options without needing to venture far. The hotel itself was modern and comfortable, contributing to an enjoyable experience, but there were a few cleanliness issues that needed addressing.

It was quiet enough most of the time, but there were moments of noise that disrupted the peace. the cleanliness and attention to detail in the room could be significantly improved for a better experience.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious, clean room and comfortable beds at Glo Best Western Savannah-Gateway I-95. The quick response from the staff when our air conditioner malfunctioned was impressive. the breakfast area was tidy and well-stocked, making our mornings enjoyable.

As a marathon runner, I appreciate fitness amenities. However, Glo Best Western Savannah-Gateway I-95 lacked cleanliness and management support. The staff's apathy was disappointing. Limited breakfast options and housekeeping oversights affected the overall experience. The only positive was the convenient location and some friendly staff members.

A nice location near Walmart and various restaurants. The hotel itself is fairly new, with clean, well-designed rooms equipped with microwaves and refrigerators. Dee and Andrea, among the staff, were exceptionally accommodating and friendly. The bed and shower were fantastic. the breakfast left much to be desired—limited choices and often cold. Housekeeping was inconsistent, and issues like a non-working coffee pot were left unaddressed. The noise levels can be disruptive; considerate guests would improve the experience greatly. Staff awareness of recurring problems suggests a need for better management solutions. The potential is there, but execution is lacking. Fresh decor and reasonable prices stand out. With focused improvements, it could be excellent.

The lack of noise isolation made it difficult to get a good night's rest, especially with disruptive guests above us. Despite these issues, the hotel did have some positive aspects. The updated facilities and friendly staff were highlights. Still, improvements in cleanliness, breakfast variety, noise isolation, and the handling of incidentals are needed for a more pleasant stay. As much as I appreciate certain aspects of Glo Best Western, the overall experience was tarnished by the aforementioned issues. If they address these concerns, it could potentially be a more enjoyable place to stay in the future.
