We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The room and building were clean. The hotel offers a pool that we were able to schedule time for our family to use.

We got great value for our money at Best Western Plus Lacrescent. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for a birthday celebration with our son unexpectedly joining us. The staff treated us wonderfully, accommodating our last-minute request for a cot and even allowing us to bring our dogs along. The location was convenient, just a short distance from downtown Lacrosse.

The breakfast selection could have been improved by offering more options.
