I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and clean, with a balcony to enjoy the stunning sunset views every evening. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with multiple pools to relax in and a fantastic spa offering massages and mani-pedis. The breakfast was delicious, especially the chai, and the room service was always timely and tasty. The hotel staff went above and beyond, with Ambika being incredibly helpful and a wonderful asset to the team. Special shout out to Tapas for his exceptional service. The NY party was beautifully organized with great entertainment and an amazing spread. I also loved the yoga classes, although I would suggest holding them on the lawns instead of the basement.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, and I especially enjoyed the variety of dining options available. The breakfast spread was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious choices. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, and I want to express my gratitude to Matias for the room upgrade, and to Rajesh and Paresh from Housekeeping for keeping my room pristine. The warm water provided by the Dining Room personnel for my daughter's cough was a small gesture that made a big difference. I would definitely consider visiting this hotel again, as it exceeded my expectations and catered to all types of travelers.

Great location on the beach, convenient airport transfer, and spacious, clean rooms with comfortable beds. the hotel offers free Wi-Fi throughout the property. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices and the option for cappuccino and espresso coffee. the staff provided excellent service during meal times.

The charges for additional services, such as access to the club or kids activities, were unexpected. the affiliated taxi service overcharges and takes longer routes, resulting in a waste of time and money.

I recently stayed at the Grand Hyatt in Goa for five nights to celebrate my wife's birthday, and it was an exceptional experience. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, from personalized birthday surprises to attentive service at every corner. The property itself is stunning, with well-maintained gardens and a pristine indoor pool. The Italian restaurant, Verandha, and the Indian restaurant, Chula, served delicious food that exceeded our expectations. Special shoutouts to Moses from the pool staff, Juneid the shisha organizer, and Abhijeet from the Capiz bar for their outstanding service.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with a calm and serene bay just a short distance away. the sprawling lawns and spacious rooms added to the overall luxury experience. the food at the hotel was tasty and the chefs made sure it was tailored to our taste. the staff was incredibly courteous and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

There were a few areas where the hotel fell short. the room checklist wasn't done properly, and we had issues with the refrigerator not working properly.

The chefs personally came to ask about our food needs and expectations, and the pool staff were great. The shisha organiser and the bartender at the Capiz bar provided outstanding service. The head chef made sure my kids got all the food they liked at the pool. It was a personal and professional experience.

The stay at the guest house was excellent, with impeccable operations and a commendably courteous staff. The property is huge, with beautiful lawns and a stunning indoor pool and Jacuzzi. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and unforgettable. They even provided a room change upon request and accommodated my wife's needs as she was carrying. The rooms were spacious with excellent views, and the property had a lovely fragrance throughout. The handling of baggage was efficient, and conveyance within the property was available.

We felt more than at home, with nothing to complain about.
