I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and clean, with a balcony to enjoy the stunning sunset views every evening. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with multiple pools to relax in and a fantastic spa offering massages and mani-pedis. The breakfast was delicious, especially the chai, and the room service was always timely and tasty. The hotel staff went above and beyond, with Ambika being incredibly helpful and a wonderful asset to the team. Special shout out to Tapas for his exceptional service. The NY party was beautifully organized with great entertainment and an amazing spread. I also loved the yoga classes, although I would suggest holding them on the lawns instead of the basement.

By far the best property I've visited in India. Perfect for a family looking for relaxation in Goa. The resort has everything you need, from pool to spa to casino. The rooms and hospitality were top-notch. If you prefer a peaceful getaway over beaches and parties, this is the place to go.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and efficient. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable, and the well-maintained gardens and pool provided a beautiful atmosphere. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and I especially enjoyed the variety of dining options available. The breakfast spread was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious choices. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, and I want to express my gratitude to Matias for the room upgrade, and to Rajesh and Paresh from Housekeeping for keeping my room pristine. The warm water provided by the Dining Room personnel for my daughter's cough was a small gesture that made a big difference. I would definitely consider visiting this hotel again, as it exceeded my expectations and catered to all types of travelers.

Staff were superb and attentive. Personalized service and brilliant surprises for special occasions. Buffet breakfast and dinner were excellent, with proud chefs making recommendations according to tastes. Spa was available for gym and sauna. Good wifi and well-appointed rooms with great views. Amazing employees make happy customers.

noisy wedding disrupted our night and day

Great location on the beach, convenient airport transfer, and spacious, clean rooms with comfortable beds. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi throughout the property. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices and the option for cappuccino and espresso coffee. The staff provided excellent service during meal times.

The charges for additional services, such as access to the club or kids activities, were unexpected. The affiliated taxi service overcharges and takes longer routes, resulting in a waste of time and money.

The Italian restaurant, Verandha, and the Indian restaurant, Chula, served delicious food that exceeded our expectations. As low-budget travelers, we loved the huge property with expansive lawns and outdoor spaces. The indoor pool and Jacuzzi were a must-visit. The staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were spacious with excellent views, and the food was great.
