During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the location of this hotel. It was conveniently situated near the beach, shops, and restaurants, making it easy to explore and enjoy the local attractions. the staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. the room was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy space to rest and relax during my vacation. Additionally, the breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

One aspect I didn't quite enjoy was the unexpected total cost of the room. It would have been helpful if the management could have made adjustments or clarified the costs beforehand.

We loved our stay! The staff was exceptional and super nice. Leroy, who checked us in, was very friendly. The room was large and clean, exceeding our expectations. The location was perfect for our little family, being directly across the street from the beach and just steps away from Carlsbad Village. The hotel facilities were great, especially the breakfast lounge with its amazing views. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices, including good coffee, yogurts, fresh berries, bagels, sausage/egg muffins. the hotel met the cleanliness and hospitality industry standards we expected from a national chain.

The beds are comfortable and the staff is very accommodating. The second story deck with rocking chairs and umbrella covered tables is a great place to relax and enjoy the sunset.

I recently stayed at Best Western in Carlsbad for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, with restaurants, shopping, and the beach within walking distance. Our partial view room had a nice little balcony, and the large porch area with rocking chairs offered a breathtaking view of the ocean. The staff at the front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast area were all friendly and accommodating. Speaking of breakfast, it was absolutely wonderful, with a fantastic assortment of items including waffles, pancakes, fruits, cereals. The convenience of the elevator and parking garage was also a plus.

Great location across the beach and close to town. Spacious, clean rooms with comfortable beds and excellent linens. Delicious breakfast options available and a beautiful deck with rocking chairs overlooking the ocean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool and spa, but we didn't use them.

This hotel is in an ideal location for a beach getaway, with everything conveniently within walking distance. I also appreciated their conservation program, where you can opt for fresh towels and toiletries instead of daily room service. The front desk staff were amazingly friendly and helpful, even making a reservation for our large group at a fantastic Italian restaurant. The hotel also provided beach chairs and towels, making our beach trips stress-free. The breakfast selection was excellent, with plenty of choices including eggs, bacon, waffles, pastries. The ocean view from the breakfast and deck area was stunning. And, it was a bonus that the hotel offered free parking. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great location, friendly staff, and comfortable accommodations.
