Great breakfast with a variety of options to choose from. the staff was friendly and provided excellent service. the location was convenient, close to popular tourist attractions and easily accessible.

best western exceeded my expectations with a very good breakfast, friendly staff, and clean rooms. their housekeepers were helpful and friendly, and the motel's location was convenient for our activities in butte. overall, a great stay where the staff was caring and attentive.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It is located in the center of all the locations we visited and very close to the mall. The staff provided friendly service and the room amenities were excellent. We especially loved the comfortable bed and the free toiletries provided. The breakfast offered a great selection and the staff member attending to the area was awesome. We also enjoyed the leisure facilities, including the indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi. The bar/lounge area was a nice touch too.

We loved the updated rooms, with cool pic murals on the walls. It was very comfy, and our two little dogs enjoyed their stay too. The hotel is pet-friendly, which is a big plus for us. We also got a discount for the motorcycle event at the nearby Harley Davidson dealer. Definitely one of the top places to stay with our fur babies.

This hotel is conveniently located near all the amenities. You can easily park your car in or out of sight in the back of your vehicle. It's only a short walk to many stores and restaurants, as well as a casino. The team members are welcoming and attentive to guest needs. The breakfast is extensive and offers a variety of healthy options. The rooms are clean and spacious with comfortable bedding and a well-designed bathroom.

The heating/cooling system in some rooms may not work as expected.

The breakfast selection was amazing, with options like breakfast burritos, cheese omelets, and crispy bacon. the staff in the breakfast area were sweet and polite, always hustling to replenish items. the location was great, with clear instructions given on where to park and which entrance to use. Additionally, the shower head provided a wonderful and refreshing shower experience.

The ongoing renovation was not mentioned beforehand, and the hallways were either old and dirty or under construction. the breakfast area was quite small and cramped, making it difficult to find a table at times.

As a family with gluten and dairy allergies, the breakfast at Best Western was amazing! They had a great selection of options like eggs, gluten-free bread, soy milk , and plenty of fresh fruit. My wife especially loved the biscuits and gravy. The room furnishings were upscale and the hotel had a nice, updated feel. The parking was convenient and the staff were friendly and helpful. a great stay and we would definitely come back!
