Superb facilities, spacious complex. Fantastic bar and restaurants. Huge pools and close to the beach. Close to SeaWorld, marina, and water taxis. Perfect location for exploring the Gold Coast. Good for budget travelers.

I had a wonderful stay at Sheraton. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location of the hotel, with easy access to the beach, was perfect for my holiday. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. The food at the hotel's restaurant was exceptional, offering a variety of delicious dishes. I had a great experience and would highly recommend Sheraton for a memorable stay.

Great location away from the crowds, with a fantastic pool and swim-up bar. Soundproofing in the room worked well. Staff, especially Mark at the front, were amazing and friendly. Our ocean view room was exceptional, allowing us to sleep with the windows open. Cleanliness, service, and food, especially the breakfast, were all excellent.

Loved the beachfront location and proximity to the marina. the pool and bar facilities were also enjoyable.

We had a few issues during our stay. Our bags were initially sent to the wrong room, and there was sand on the bathroom floor.

The pool was absolutely amazing! It was clean, refreshing, and provided a great space to relax and cool off. We spent hours enjoying the pool and couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The staff went above and beyond, lovely room, spectacular grounds, outdoor pool, great food options nearby.

Breakfast was satisfactory, with minimal wait times. Room renovations were appreciated, though the bathroom needed extra attention. Foreign ownership raises hopes of catering to local preferences and employing Australians. Croissant availability and bread options can be improved. The Terrace restaurant offered an exceptional experience, with helpful staff and a knowledgeable porter. A memorable stay, especially for families with teenagers.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to major attractions on the Gold Coast. Guests can enjoy a leisurely walk to Seaworld and back, and there is also a Mirage Mall across the road, providing convenient dining options.

The parking layout at the hotel is a bit strange, with guests having to drive out of the premises after checking in and then re-entering.

This place is top-notch! The pool and swim-up bar are great for adults, while the direct beach access is perfect for the kids. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Free parking is an added bonus.

I was pleasantly surprised when, during my stay, I received a hand-written message and a thoughtful gift from the duty manager in response to my feedback. As non-drinkers, it's usually challenging to find suitable alternatives, but the hotel went above and beyond to accommodate our preferences. The service was exceptional, and it made our stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding attention to guest satisfaction.
