One staff member, Anthony, who ran activities had poor communication skills. He showed clear favoritism towards certain guests, making others feel left out.

During our recent stay at a hostel in Hollywood, we were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary breakfast and daily trips with a guide. This saved us both time and money, allowing us to explore the city with ease. The bathrooms were clean, considering the high number of guests, and the check-in/check-out process was quick and hassle-free. We also appreciated the presence of a laundry room within the building. The location was convenient, as it was close to various attractions, although we were cautious due to the presence of homeless individuals in the area. One thing that stood out to us were the water machines, providing free, clean, and cold/hot water. I would recommend this hostel for its great amenities and convenient location.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Hollywood and I was really pleased with what I got for my money. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything I needed. The location was perfect, right off Hollywood Drive, and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

I gotta say, for the price we paid, we got a bang for our buck! The room was super clean, had a comfy bed, and even a huge fridge, which was a nice bonus. The location was prime, right across from the Metro Highland station, making it easy to explore the lively neighborhood with its many bars and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful with everything we needed, which made our stay even better.

The breakfast menu could use a little improvement. It would've been nice to have some shampoo and body lotion provided in the shower, instead of having to pay extra for them.

There was only one bathroom available on the lower floor, which could be inconvenient, especially at night. the smell of weed throughout the hostel was off-putting, and the staff did not offer much guidance or information.
