Spacious handicapped room with ample grab bars and roll-in shower. Comfortable beds and clean rooms for families. Polite staff, good breakfast options, and 24-hour coffee. The pool, although the temperature was not ideal, had a safe depth for kids to play.

I recently stayed at Best Western in Hilliard for a work trip that lasted a few days. I was also impressed by the honesty of the housekeeping staff, who found my defective Firestick in the trash and left it neatly on the counter. The hotel overall was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable room and convenient location. The breakfast selection was great and they even offered complimentary lunch items. Best Western is definitely a great choice for a family on a budget, with affordable yet decent accommodations.
