I recently stayed at Best Western in Billings for a few days and had a great experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist us. They even helped resolve a reservation dispute, saving us money and hassle. The cleanliness of the entire hotel was impressive, including the small area for our dogs to exercise. The location was perfect and we felt safe walking outside the facility. The rooms, though a bit small, were comfortable and the bed was great. for the price, cleanliness, and helpful staff, I would definitely book here again. And the flowers outside each room added a lovely touch.

We stayed at Best Western Plus Clocktower Inn for one night during our road trip. The front desk staff was friendly, giving treats to our dogs.
