We had a great stay at Best Western Plus Cottontree Inn! The room was spacious and had a cozy sofa bed that was perfect for our family movie nights. We also loved the indoor pool, which was open 24 hours—it gave us the flexibility to swim anytime. Breakfast offered a tasty variety, including fresh pancakes and a good selection of hot items. Plus, the coffee machine in the room was a nice touch for early mornings.

The parking area could be a bit messy at times.

i really enjoyed my stay with easy access to beautiful sights like the idaho falls river walk just a short stroll away and the lovely japanese friendship garden, both perfect for casual walks and relaxing moments.

Room placement is key!!! If you're near the lobby or breakfast area, expect noise all night!!! Also, a lukewarm shower just when you need a good wash could use some attention!!! Consider better soundproofing for a peaceful night.

I loved how impeccably clean everything was, from the guest rooms to the pools! The breakfast had real scrambled eggs and a great variety of options, making each morning special. Plus, the 24-hour pool and jacuzzi were such a treat, perfect for unwinding at any hour.

The room was spacious and perfectly clean. The pool was open all night—dear God, I could have turned into a mermaid! Plus, it’s pet-friendly with a lovely spot outside—that picnic table saved my sanity!

The hot tub could have been hotter—what’s the point of a hot tub that’s just. warm? And the noise from downstairs may have made me think I was at a rave instead of a hotel!
