I recently stayed at a hotel in downtown Jacksonville for a business trip and had a great experience. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They were always willing to answer any questions I had and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Secondly, the hotel offered a delicious full breakfast that was definitely a highlight of my mornings. It had a variety of options to choose from, including scrambled eggs and sausages. I also appreciated the evening social events that allowed guests to unwind and socialize after a long day. Lastly, the location of the hotel was perfect, situated in a nice area downtown with easy access to restaurants and attractions. this hotel provided great value for the money and I would highly recommend it to others.

We had a great experience staying at Homewood Suites. The 2 bedroom suite was perfect for our large party, with plenty of space for everyone. The location was central and convenient. The pool area was enjoyable, and the breakfast provided by William was delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The staff was exceptional, from the friendly kitchen staff and front desk personnel to the accommodating employees at the restaurant. The location was great, near the water taxi in downtown and within easy reach of the Jacksonville beach.

Our stay at Homewood Suites was amazing! We were in Jacksonville for a concert and the location was perfect, just a short walk to the water taxi for easy access. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay great. One staff member even found my husband's lost eyeglasses and personally returned them to us, showing true care and dedication. The entire staff was accommodating and friendly, especially Ms. Rose at the front desk and the breakfast order taker. The hotel is situated in trendy San Marco, making it convenient to explore the local shops, restaurants, and pubs. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, providing us with a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this conveniently located hotel. The neighborhood across the river is great and the hotel provides easy access to the middle of downtown without the hustle and bustle. Despite passing trains, our room was quiet and comfortable with ample space and supplies in the kitchenette. The breakfast was delicious with quality ingredients, and the staff was helpful and welcoming, offering great service throughout our stay. We loved the variety of exercise equipment in the small gym.

There were just a few inconveniences, such as the lack of an informational booklet in the room for local events and the dated appearance of the lobby lounge chairs that could be improved upon.

We loved the spacious rooms with full kitchen and the excellent pool with water spouts and hot tub. The friendly front desk staff made early check-in possible. Homewood Suites provided an enjoyable stay.
