Nice staff and comfy space

The staff were super nice and quick to help, like when they made fresh coffee right away. The pool was great and our King Suite was comfy with plenty of space. Location was perfect too! Just had a weird smell in our room, kinda musty and damp. Could’ve used a little more upkeep, that’s for sure.

The staff at this hotel was exceptionally accommodating and understanding. They went out of their way to assist us with our specific needs and made our stay truly enjoyable. the breakfast served here was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. the outdoor swimming pool was a nice touch, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring.

Despite some cleanliness issues and a lack of professionalism from some staff members, the affordable price and convenient location of the hotel were the highlights of my stay in Biloxi. Improvement in customer service and room maintenance would greatly enhance the overall guest experience at this hotel.

The Best Western Plus Cypress Creek provided comfortable amenities, such as the hairdryer, safe, and air conditioning in the room, ensuring a relaxing stay. The complimentary deluxe hot breakfast with waffles and omelets was a delightful touch, and I particularly enjoyed the cute little pancake maker with the push of a button.

The hotel's proximity to the parking lot made for a noisy sleeping experience. This could be improved to ensure a peaceful rest for guests.

the room was very clean and the hotel is super easy to get to. the staff - especially clara - was super friendly and helpful. the provided breakfast had plenty of options and it's close to everything.

We had a wonderful time at this lovely hotel. The location was perfect, situated in a nice area with beautiful surroundings. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable, providing excellent room service and laundry facilities. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. We also loved the cozy sitting area in the room and the in-room safe for our valuables. The hotel had a charming garden with comfortable furniture, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The in-room air conditioning and hairdryer were lifesavers. Moreover, the free toiletries, refrigerator, and microwave in the room added to our convenience. The television, am/fm alarm clock, and telephone were great entertainment options.

I had an amazing time at this place! The staff showed great southern hospitality, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The location was perfect and the facilities were impressive. I loved how my spacious room came equipped with many amenities such as a refrigerator, microwave, and a flat-screen TV. The in-room air conditioning was a lifesaver, as it kept me cool during the hot weather. And best of all, I was able to relax in the indoor swimming pool, which was clean and well-maintained.

I always return here. The staff helped me print tickets, so I remembered. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and an indoor pool. I revisit for city trips.

The easy access to beaches and recreational opportunities, including fishing and golf, made it a perfect destination for our large family. The hotel also provided MP3 docking stations and cable programming, keeping the children entertained throughout our stay.

My wife says that the pool area could benefit from some more shade for families with children.
