Despite some cleanliness issues and a lack of professionalism from some staff members, the affordable price and convenient location of the hotel were the highlights of my stay in Biloxi. Improvement in customer service and room maintenance would greatly enhance the overall guest experience at this hotel.

We also loved the cozy sitting area in the room and the in-room safe for our valuables. The hotel had a charming garden with comfortable furniture, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The in-room air conditioning and hairdryer were lifesavers. Moreover, the free toiletries, refrigerator, and microwave in the room added to our convenience. The television, am/fm alarm clock, and telephone were great entertainment options.
