Super close to everything! The room was way bigger than I thought, with a cute strudel waiting for us. Loved the comfy beds and how clean everything was. The staff were super nice, and the balcony was a chill spot. Just wish they hadn’t forgotten the crib we requested, but it all worked out!

I always return for the comfy rooms and friendly service. The staff once found my lost car keys. The amenities, like Wi-Fi and on-site parking, suit me perfectly. I enjoy the outdoor dining area and activities like hiking, skiing, and breakfast. I'm coming back for the holidays.

The views of the mountains and the quaint Bavarian-style village from my room at The Obertal were absolutely stunning. The cozy electric fireplace made me feel right at home, and the outdoor patio was perfect for enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The staff promptly arranged for a non-charging car to vacate the charging spot for my electric vehicle, which was greatly appreciated.

I wish the hotel had communicated the first-come-first-serve system for the EV charger more clearly, as I felt a bit uncertain about using it.

The one-bedroom apartment we stayed in was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated for the holiday season. It also had the convenience of a full kitchen where we were able to cook our simple Thanksgiving dinner. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to shops and the waterfront park. We also appreciated the privacy and the availability of our own parking space. Additionally, the staff's promptness in reaching out to inform me about a lost item and offering assistance in retrieving it was greatly appreciated. a wonderful experience that we look forward to repeating in the future.
