The staff was so thoughtful, they gave me fluffy towels to feel pampered after a swim in the non-existent heated pool. And the daily hot breakfast was perfect for my sarcastic appetite.

Who needs a heated pool anyway? And a nice swim ruined by pizza in the water?

I chose this hotel for attending a convocation which includes observatory, greenhouses, laboratory, teaching and meeting spaces at the Matthaei Botanical Gardens and the James D. Reader Jr. Center for Urban Environmental Education. The facility provided a conducive environment for my work needs.

One service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with private workstations and printing services.

We had a great stay at Regent Hotel and Suites! the staff was fantastic and the amenities were top-notch. the rooms were spacious and we loved the game area. Parking was plentiful and it was so convenient to have room service every day. the hotel's location just a few miles from downtown was perfect for enjoying the peaceful autumn atmosphere. the staff were professional and attentive, making our experience even better. We can't wait to come back! Just a suggestion, it would be great if the prices were slightly lower considering it's not a four-star hotel. Thank you.

The Ann Arbor Summer Festival was a blast for the whole family, with fantastic live music, entertaining theater performances, and delightful comedy shows. The hotel's array of activities such as shuffleboard, pool table, and inviting sitting areas made our stay enjoyable. The pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids, providing a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploration.

My wife says that having a dedicated kids' play area or organized activities would have been a great addition for families with children.

The cleanliness was top-notch, from the well-maintained lobbies to the spotless rooms. The staff was incredibly friendly and made our stay extra special. The location was convenient, with easy access to highways and restaurants. We also enjoyed the beautiful pool area and the well-tended outdoor landscaping.

After a small hiccup with the spa tub in my King room, the staff promptly relocated me to a spacious Double Queen Room, ensuring a relaxing stay.

The complimentary breakfast fell short of expectations. The scrambled eggs were waxy and uneatable, but the bakery donut was a delightful exception.

Stayed at the Regent Hotel in Ann Arbor for a family member at UofM Hospital. Super friendly staff, clean facilities, and amazing quality from soap to towels. Privately owned with no cheapness like major hotel brands. Great breakfast, excellent wifi, and no noise issues. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was amazing, especially the woman at the front desk who was so friendly. The breakfast was really good and the coffee was amazing. I was impressed that they had a brand of coffee called Bear Claw, which is one of my favorites. The cleanliness of everything was exceptional and I particularly enjoyed the Jacuzzi tub in my room. The hotel is conveniently located in Ypsilanti, close to Eastern Michigan University, which was perfect for my visit. this was the best hotel I have stayed at in this city.
