regent hotel and suites is impeccably clean, which I loved since I'm a bit of a neat freak. all the staff were friendly and genuinely seemed happy to help. the location is super convenient, close to many 2 and 3-star hotels in the area. the concierge was especially professional and made our stay memorable.

Nice garden area, but noisy pool at night.

The friendly and helpful staff made our stay pleasant, and I loved the spacious rooms that offered a comfortable atmosphere,, perfect for unwinding after a busy day.

Unfortunately, the pool area was too noisy, which detracted from the experience, and the dining area lacked adequate seating during breakfast rush hours, causing discomfort.

The indoor pool area was decent, but it was heaps noisy, which made relaxing tough. Chur for the comfy beds and friendly staff, though!

The indoor pool area looked gorgeous, even though it was closed during our stay. Brandon at the front desk was super friendly and made us feel welcome. The garden courtyard had beautiful flowers and cozy spots to chill.

We really enjoyed the full hot breakfast each morning, and the beautiful landscaping around the property made for a lovely vibe. Also, relaxing in the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi after a long day was just what we needed. One small downside was that the room took a while to warm up when we arrived, but it didn’t ruin our experience at all. 😊
