I got great value for my money with a comfortable room and amazing ocean view. The location was perfect, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.

I stayed at Best Western Plus for a night and it was perfect for meeting friends nearby. The location was fantastic and the hotel had a charming and personal feel to it. The comfortable bed made my stay even better, and the decor and plant life on the property were beautiful. The breakfast had a great selection and the staff was friendly and courteous. The hotel was quiet, and I enjoyed exploring the natural and untouched beach nearby. it was a great value for the price.

Despite undergoing construction and renovations, the hotel offered great value for money, with comfortable rooms equipped with useful amenities like a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Additionally, the breakfast selection was impressive. The hotel's quiet location, just a mile away from downtown San Juan Capistrano, made it easy to access nearby historical sites and enjoy the beach, which offered a natural and untouched environment for exploring.

The room was older and didn't match the pictures online. The TV was tricky to operate, and the hot tub, which was one of the reasons for choosing the hotel, was not working upon arrival.

The value for the money was great and the room was spacious and beautiful. The location right across from the beach was perfect, and the staff was professional, friendly, and accommodating.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, right across from the ocean. I could hear the waves crashing at night when I opened my door. The rooms appeared to be recently remodeled and were very clean. I loved the high vaulted ceilings and the spaciousness of the room. The whirlpool in the room was an added bonus and made my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast included was delicious, especially the waffles with the best batter ever!

Although all was okay, I think there is room for improvement in certain areas.

This hotel is a great value for the price. Its location right on the shore is unbeatable, with stunning views of the ocean. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tastefully remodeled, except for the slightly small bathroom. The jacuzzi tub with a view of the water is a nice touch. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the breakfast is a standout, with the best batter for waffles included.

This hotel is situated right on the shore, and the ocean view is absolutely breathtaking. The staff is exceptional, attentive to detail, and always ready to assist you with anything you need. The rooms are newly renovated and very clean, with high vaulted ceilings, 2 queen beds, and a whirlpool tub. The value for money is excellent, and the breakfast is included, with the best batter ever.

The hotel could improve by providing beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas to their guests.

We had an amazing stay here! The hotel location just across from the ocean is breathtaking, and the beach access was so convenient. The room amenities like the in-room air conditioning and flat-screen tv made our stay very comfortable. The housekeeping was great, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious with many options, and the leisure spa & wellness centre was very relaxing.
