It was all superb.

I didn't have the opportunity to stay long, but this hotel was one of the best. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-insulated against noise. The staff, particularly Rai, was helpful and friendly. The grab-and-go breakfast exceeded expectations, and the front desk staff recommended an amazing nearby restaurant. I was impressed with the comfort, cleanliness, and professionalism of this hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised with the free shuttle to the airport. We arrived at the pick-up location right on time and the shuttle was already there waiting for us. The driver was friendly and didn't waste any time getting us to the airport. we had a great experience at Best Western.

The hotel staff is attentive and helpful, and the location near the airport is convenient. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The Best aspects were the cleanliness, friendly staff, and convenient location on 5050 W John Carpenter Freeway. The room was spotless and the hotel facilities were excellent. We were able to park easily and the transportation options were convenient, especially being so close to the airport and not far from Dallas Love Field. The hotel's location was also perfect for us to get to a softball game. Additionally, the breakfast options were plentiful and the staff members were incredibly helpful and friendly. No issues.
