I had a suite that was the perfect size for my family of five. the room was spacious, clean, and conveniently located close to various restaurants and stores. Kathleen at check-in provided excellent service. the hotel's proximity to the water park made it a great spot for families looking for entertainment right at their doorstep.

During my xmas stay, I appreciated the convenient location near Rigby's Water World and the comfortable beds that provided a good night's sleep. the staff was friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. the floors were not properly mopped, and there were noticeable stains in the bathroom.

Always stay here. First visit, staff found my earphones! Has all I need: Wi-Fi, free parking, 24/7 service, fitness center. Returning for Christmas!

We were impressed by the spacious and clean rooms, along with the quiet environment. the staff, including Tony, Dana, and Aniya, were exceptional - always polite and went above and beyond to assist us. the location was perfect for us as it was near Rigby's Park but away from the hustle and bustle. the pancake machine at breakfast was a hit with us, and the pool area was well-maintained. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay.

Spent New Year in town and stayed at a hotel with great room decor and design. Breakfast was amazing with a variety of options to choose from. Loved the rooftop restaurant experience with stunning views of the city. Ideal location to explore the city. the staff was welcoming and helpful, making our stay pleasant.
