We stayed at Courtyard for 4 nights while visiting family. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the small fridge in the cabinet was a nice touch, as it wasn't noisy. The front desk staff, especially the younger lady, were friendly and helpful. The hotel's location near Interstate 385 and the mall was convenient. the hotel staff were fantastic and made our stay enjoyable.

As a light sleeper, I really appreciated the comfortable bed and the quiet atmosphere. The small fridge in the room was a bonus. The gym and lobby were impressive, and I loved the private seating area with a TV. The walk-in shower was a pleasant surprise.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the renovations that had been completed at the hotel. the newly renovated rooms were clean and well-kept, offering a spacious and comfortable stay. I loved the addition of sliding glass doors leading to a patio, providing a nice view of the courtyard. Another great aspect was the friendly staff who were always willing to assist. They even went above and beyond by offering extra coffee for the room. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to restaurants and the Haywood Mall made it a convenient location for dining and shopping.

There were a few drawbacks during my stay. the front of the hotel was still undergoing renovations, which meant having to use a side door to access the lobby.

Nothing it is perfect.

Located in a great area, this hotel is close to many local restaurants. You can easily go to everything from the Mall to Downtown Greenville. The room is very comfortable and clean with a super comfy bed. Checking in is quick and hassle-free on the mobile app. For breakfast, there are awesome places nearby like Stax Omega Diner. The staff are friendly and quick to help.

The bathroom could be a bit cleaner.
