I got great value for my money at Best Western Plus. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel had a nice pool. The staff was attentive and made me feel safe during my stay.

The breakfast selection could be improved.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value and quality of the room at Best Western Plus in Fairburn. The staff were friendly and helpful, and my girls loved the breakfast and pool. Definitely a diamond in the rough!

The only thing that could make the breakfast better would be more variety and options.

As adventure travelers, we loved the location of the hotel, just 10 minutes away from our family reunion. The clean and comfortable room, along with the friendly staff, made our stay enjoyable. The hotel's proximity to restaurants and gas stations, as well as its easy access to the highway, added convenience to our trip. a great experience.

Felt incredibly well taken care of, no reason to complain.

As longer term business travelers, we really appreciated the extended roof at the property entrance, which provided cover for our car on rainy days. The staff at the hotel was extremely helpful, going above and beyond to assist us during our stay. We were especially impressed with their assistance during breakfast, where the attendees would even fix my husband's plate. The location of the hotel was great and we felt secure with the surrounding traffic and special event guests.

We had a great stay at Best Western Plus. The room layout was perfect and we especially loved the modern shower. Even though the cleaning schedule seemed a bit off, the room was still tidy, and we were able to get fresh towels when we needed them. we highly recommend this hotel!

Great alternative to Atlanta's airport hotels! I stayed at this hotel over Christmas and had a pleasant experience. the room was spacious and clean, with a nice shower. the staff at the reception and breakfast were friendly and helpful. They even went out of their way to assist me with printing online tickets. the location was also convenient, with key attractions and amenities nearby. it was a great choice for a comfortable stay.

There were a few downsides to my stay. the room cleaning schedule seemed off, as my room was not cleaned at all during my entire stay.

Even though the breakfast area was closed, they provided microwave biscuits for a warm meal. The room was nicely decorated.

The bedding is thick and comfortable enough to sleep on a cloud. The bathroom is very clean and capable of turning into a sauna-like experience. Breakfast is limited but there are options like microwave biscuits. The indoor pool and built-in Jacuzzi offer a bonus advantage. The staff is friendly, informative, and professional.

One guest had an unprofessional experience when being told they could not have all their guests in the pool area at once.

Another bonus was the hotel's location - close to the Atlanta airport but not right at the airport.

Staff was friendly and helpful, accommodating our request for conjoining rooms during our visit for a music event. Housekeeping team was attentive and personable, checking in on us daily and making us feel comfortable. Breakfast omelette station was a great addition to our stay.

This hotel was a great find for a low cost overnight trip. The location is right off the freeway, which made it easy to get to Piedmont Fayette hospital. Definitely recommend this hotel. The room layout and showers were nice. Upon checking in, I encountered the most courteous, friendly, and cheerful hostess named Juanita. She went above and beyond to ensure the guests had the best experience possible. Front desk staff at check-in was fabulous, very friendly, and we even found out she was from Oklahoma too! The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was good.
