The service here was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to meet our needs. They even provided a refill of coffee when we didn't have turn down service. The amenities were fantastic, with a spa and wellness center, jacuzzi, and even a night club. There was also free Wi-Fi and a business center for convenience. this place provided a truly luxurious and comfortable experience.

We also enjoyed spending time at the rooftop bar, which offered stunning views of the city. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again if we come back to this area.

Our room on the 13th floor had a spectacular view, probably better than anywhere else we went. The room size was spacious, like a studio apartment. The toiletries provided were upscale and the room service was prompt. The hotel's location was within walking distance of major attractions and near the L for further exploration. I loved being in such a great place that was close to everything I wanted to see and do in the city. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were amazing. From the moment I checked in, they were friendly, helpful, and attentive, providing me with maps and tips on things to do. They made me feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms were lovely and had a nice view of downtown Chicago. I stayed on the 6th floor and even with the curtains closed, I could still enjoy the cityscape. this hotel provided great value for money with its excellent service, convenient location, and rooms with a nice view.
