Studio had full kitchen, queen bed, sofa, fireplace, and nice view of hotel waterfall. Quiet atmosphere despite full occupancy. Near golf club, convention center, and ski lift. Close to village center. Ski/snowboard valet efficient.

I had a fantastic stay! The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and comfy, with lovely mountain views from the balcony. The small kitchen in the suite was convenient, offering the ability to make meals. The massage at the spa was excellent, and the 24-hour access to the gym was a plus. The in-house restaurant had great service and tasty meals. Perfect for our 30-year wedding anniversary!

I had an amazing family vacation at this property. The customer service from the GS Manager, Andrew Weir, was exceptional. As a Platinum Elite member, I received a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which was incredibly comfortable and had a cozy fireplace. The concierge provided helpful recommendations for restaurants and the complimentary shuttle service was convenient for exploring the area. The breakfast was delicious and provided the perfect fuel for a day of skiing at the nearby mountains. The snowboard/ski valet was a fantastic service. the outstanding customer service made our stay unforgettable. I will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future.

The rooms were comfortable and included a kitchenette. The customer service during check-in was a bit stressful due to ID issues, but the manager was helpful in resolving the situation.

We had a fantastic stay at the Westin. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a room with a beautiful view. The room itself was perfect, with a comfortable bed, clean washroom, and a kitchenette for our convenience. The hotel's location was ideal, as we were able to easily walk to all the attractions in the area. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had a memorable stay. We didn't get a chance to use all the facilities, but the gym and pool looked great. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Nothing it was perfect.

Stayed at this hotel for a short trip. The suite was impressive, with a spacious bathroom, a balcony with a great view, and a comfy bed. The front-office staff was friendly and upgraded us to a one-bedroom suite. The facilities were excellent, with a shopping arcade and close proximity to the village and conference center. Would love to stay here again!

I chose this hotel for a fun getaway for my wife’s 60th birthday. The front desk staff was so friendly & welcoming. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. Our room was so fabulous! Large, full kitchenette, fireplace, large TV, great bed & linens. Our room overlooked the mountain bike trails & gondolas. Beautiful view! Very close to the village, easy walking to anywhere. We parked down the street at the conference centre for 1/2 the price of parking onsite - recommended by the front desk! Loved it all.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the gondolas, making it perfect for easy access to the mountain for skiing or hiking. The room was spacious, with a cozy fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

The housekeeping service was not up to par. The room was not properly cleaned when we arrived, and we had to call multiple times before they finally came to clean it.

Great location, next to gondola and main village. Super clean, cool and comfortable room. Helpful service and friendly staff. Well-equipped kitchen. Delicious breakfast buffet. Dog-friendly with lovely shops and a weight room. We keep coming back, it's always been good to us.

The bar at the hotel was great, serving delicious drinks and the sushi restaurant was excellent as well. The board valet service was very efficient and made it convenient for us to hit the slopes without any hassle. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and activities.

There were some disappointing aspects of our stay. the cleanliness of our rooms was subpar.
