The hotel was conveniently located near everything we needed. the staff went above and beyond to assist us, especially Dyan who provided exceptional customer service. the room was clean and comfortable, with all amenities in good working condition. the breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including hot and cold cereals, eggs, bacon, sausages. the friendly staff ensured that the breakfast area was always well stocked and maintained.

Our room was located at the end of the hall, opposite the maintenance room and next to the back parking lot entrance. This led to some noise disturbances at times.

As foreign tourists, we loved the convenient location near the medical center, the excellent check-in experience, and the friendly and professional front desk staff. The highlight of our stay was the hot tub and the delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options to choose from. We were also pleased to learn that they allow pets.

The gym and pool were great amenities, and the room had everything I needed, including a comfortable bed, coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge. The pet-friendly policy was a must for me, and the patio room with a view of the pool was a nice touch. a top-notch experience!
