This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the check-in process was quick and the staff was friendly. the room was spacious, clean, and had comfortable beds with great pillows. I also appreciated the quiet air conditioner and the big bathroom towels. Another advantage was the reception in the evening which was a nice touch. this hotel provided a comfortable and pleasant stay.

There were a few aspects that could have been improved. the substitution of Cinnabon for my favorite HIE cinnamon rolls was a disappointment.

This hotel is perfect for a quick getaway to the mountains or Big Bend National Park. It's located close to downtown and the university and offers amazing views of the surrounding area. The rooms with the kitchen are a great value for money as it allows you to save on meals. The breakfast is fantastic and had a wide assortment of foods to choose from including an automatic pancake machine.

We also enjoyed the happy hour snacks on Monday to Friday. the hotel was located in a great location, close to a popular pizza chain and a must-see museum in the area. the large rooms were clean and comfortable, with well-maintained amenities and plenty of towels available.

The price, which we felt was a bit overpriced, even for the special event weekend we were there. the hotel was a good place to stay, with some minor opportunity for improvement in terms of pricing.

Our family had a wonderful mountain getaway at this hotel, perfectly situated near the beautiful national parks and downtown attractions. The suite was spacious and the bed was super comfortable, providing a restful night after an adventurer's day out. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was a welcomed treat with a plentiful selection of foods. The indoor pool area was clean and inviting, and the free happy hour was a great addition.

The hotel has firm, comfortable beds and pillows, ensuring a good night's sleep. The assortment of cable networks and movie channels on the TV provides plenty of entertainment options. The happy hour with munchies, wine, and a variety of canned beers and soft drinks adds a nice touch to the stay.

We loved the free wine-and-cheese reception in the evening, and the buffet breakfast in the morning was delicious. The rooms felt stuffy because the windows couldn't be opened, and the temperature control options weren't ideal. Additionally, some areas of the hotel, like the pool and certain furniture, appeared worn out and neglected.
