I stayed at Best Western for a quick visit to Chicago. The staff was lovely and the location was perfect for my needs. The rooms were clean and had well-appointed furniture. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious with plenty of counter space. I was impressed with the hotel's commitment to being eco-friendly. Although I didn't have breakfast there, it looked appetizing. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.

During our city break, we enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel, which was close to key attractions and amenities. the cleanliness of the hotel was also a positive aspect, as the rooms and common areas were well-kept. Additionally, the friendly and helpful staff made our stay more enjoyable.

There were a few aspects that we were not pleased with. the noise from the elevator was quite disruptive, ringing on every floor and disturbing our sleep.

The hotel was in a convenient location for those looking to catch a game at Wrigley Field and had a good analog station instead of digital. The rooms were well-kept, with clean bathrooms and friendly service. Breakfast offered various options and was a great start to the day. The hotel also had laundry facilities which were a plus for extended stays.

We were in the Wrigley area for a concert at the Riviera Theater and chose this hotel due to its proximity. We were pleasantly surprised by the location and the quality of the hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast provided was decent. The hotel was within walking distance to the lake and Wrigley Field. The room exceeded our expectations, except for the slightly noisy heater. Despite some worn lobby furniture and low water pressure in the shower, the overall experience was great. The hotel could improve communication regarding parking and update their signage. But considering the location and the friendly staff, we would recommend this hotel to others.

The service from the bell staff was exceptional, and I greatly appreciated the ironing facilities and tea/coffee amenities in my room. The terrace was a great place to relax and soak up some sun, with comfortable garden furniture and a tranquil water feature. Plus, the staff who did my check-out were friendly and efficient.
