We had a really good stay here. The room was clean and smelled nice, with big, fluffy towels. The staff was friendly and helpful. It felt safe and secure with an iron fence around the whole property. The hotel is located on Truxtun Avenue, right in the middle of Bako, making it convenient for transportation. We also appreciated that it was near some restaurants, perfect after a long drive. a great experience!

The highlight was the front desk's dedication, as they helped us locate a lost item. Although there was no elevator to the second floor, we recommend Best Western for a short stay.

We took the train here and the hotel was just a short walk away. The breakfast had a good selection and they were happy to make hot chocolate for us. The bed was really comfortable and there is a restaurant and lounge on the property. The complimentary breakfast is made to order with a great selection. The hotel is right across from Amtrak and they let me check in early. Behind the hotel, there is a nice creek with paved walkways and a park with a pond nearby.

The location of the hotel was great, as it was within walking distance to various restaurants and attractions. Additionally, the free breakfast provided a good variety of choices and the service was prompt and attentive. One more advantage was the pet-friendly policy, which was important for us as we traveled with our small dog.

The layout of the property was a bit odd, with the rooms located in separate buildings that were not attached to the main office. This resulted in some inconveniences during our stay.

The room itself was not clean, with stained comforters and a musty smell from the AC. the location had some loud and potentially unsafe individuals nearby. Not enough towels were provided in the room.
