i almost thought about giving this place a good review, but then i remembered the breakfast area was a total zoo, and the fitness room had outdated equipment. i mean, for over $200 a night, i expected at least a complimentary bottle of water, but apparently, that’s asking too much. very disappointing!

The gym equipment is outdated and in need of replacement!!! Noise levels from thin walls are frustrating, making it hard to relax!!! Housekeeping should pay more attention to cleanliness!!!

Honestly, I was blown away by how cozy the room was and how much breakfast variety they offered! The indoor pool and hot tub were perfect for unwinding after a long day, making it a fun escape. Just a heads up, the shower water was super hot, which caught us off guard, but it didn’t ruin our awesome stay! 🌊

A delightful home away from home

The moment we arrived, the hotel exuded a cozy Santa Fe vibe. Our room was spotless, and the staff made us feel right at home. Breakfast had delicious options, and we loved relaxing in the inviting indoor pool.

However, we did notice a bit of street noise, especially at night, which made it slightly harder to unwind. Also, the distance from the historical district required a quick drive, which was a bit inconvenient.

Super comfy stay!

Had a lovely time here! The staff welcomed us like family, and our room was clean and cozy. Breakfast was a hit with tasty eggs and waffles, perfect for fueling up before exploring. It was pretty chill, but the walls are thin, so you might hear some chatter from neighbors. Still, wouldn’t pass it up for a comfy stay.

had a fantastic stay at best western! the location is super convenient, just a short drive to the center of the city. the indoor pool was a great highlight, providing a fun way to unwind. also, the gym was a nice touch, even in its tight space with cardio machines and weights.

the sleeper sofa was broken, which was a bit disappointing.
