The hotel is located in a quiet area, yet just a short walk away from the most historical sights, the Osteria restaurant, and Florence's cultural highlights. The rooms are spotless and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and great showers. The staff provides impeccable service, from the warm welcome at reception to their willingness to help with any request. The breakfast offers a delicious variety of options, and the hotel even made special touches like providing a bottle of Prosecco for a birthday celebration.

Some unsustainable practices, such as unnecessary single-use plastics in the room and excessive changing of sheets and towels, could be improved.

My Christmas stay was so-so. However, I appreciated the complimentary drinks and snacks in the lobby. the location was perfect for exploring the city and it was great to have a view of the city from the rooftop terrace.

The location of this hotel is absolutely amazing. It is right in the center of Florence and close to all the major attractions. I was able to walk everywhere, from the Duomo to the famous Ponte Vecchio. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful courtyard that was quiet and inviting. The staff, especially Mohamed at the front desk, were incredibly helpful and friendly. Plus, the breakfast provided was delicious.
