I recently stayed at Best Western Plus in Lake Forest for a few nights with my sister. We booked a suite, and it was great to have a separate living area with a couch and TV. We loved that there were restaurants nearby, and we even found some great deals at the Salvation Army and Boot Barn, which was conveniently located. the suite was comfortable and the location was perfect for our needs.

Despite our positive experience, the bedding was not as soft as we would have liked and the bed wasn't the most comfortable. While the interior of our room was nice, there was a faint smell of marijuana smoke, which was a bit unpleasant.

We loved the separate living room and bedroom, as well as the comfortable sleeper sofa. The hotel was clean and had great amenities like free parking and Wi-Fi. The staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked. The location was convenient, being close to everything in this city and providing easy access to the Irvine area.

Spacious room with a balcony and two TVs. the room also had a mini fridge and microwave, which was convenient. Location was great, with a nice sports bar across the street and plenty of fast food options nearby. Will definitely consider coming back!

The check-in employee was grumpy and unfriendly, which was off-putting. Found a dried up contact lens on the counter, which made me question the cleanliness.

The breakfast made my day! The cook made fresh eggs and the waffle bar was fantastic. Also, the location is great for my needs. Overall I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and I highly recommend it.

The rooms are spacious with 2 TVs. Breakfast room has friendly staff and a decent selection. AC and cleaning service are great. Quick maintenance response for any issues.

Great location with plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Very large room/suite with mini fridge and coffee maker. Complementary breakfast was fantastic with a good selection of hot food. The breakfast staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and I loved the outdoor seating right outside the rooms. the staff was friendly and helpful, accommodating our early check-in request. the breakfast offered was awesome, and the staff, especially Edna, was courteous and helpful. the hotel's location was great and close to the destinations we needed to be at.

The lighting around the sink area could be better for applying makeup. Additionally, the setup of the sink outside the bathroom and shower felt lacking in privacy.

Amazing location close to gas, restaurants, shops, and more. Friendly staff. Great complementary breakfast with a cook making fresh food.

Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, allowing us easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

This hotel is perfect for access to Laguna Beach, Dana Point, and Newport Beach -- all less than 20 minutes away. The location was wonderful for where we wanted to go. The breakfast was really good and we enjoyed it very much.

Spacious and clean room with free internet and guides for TV and restaurant ordering. Generous breakfast selection cooked in front of guests by a chef/cook. Pet-friendly environment with laundry, vending, and ice machines available on each floor.

As a woman traveling alone, I found the two-room suite at this hotel to be spacious and comfortable for myself and my child. The cleaning service was excellent, and the staff quickly attended to any issue or request we had. I especially appreciated the efficient maintenance team who promptly fixed a problem with our shower. The AC worked well, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. The breakfast chef on weekdays was very pleasant, and we left generous tips for the great service. The hotel also had a balcony that my wife enjoyed, adding an extra touch to our experience. the facilities and amenities provided were perfect for our needs.
