I had a great stay at this hotel. the value for money was impressive, considering the prices and attention to detail. the location is convenient, just a short drive away from both WMU and Kalamazoo College.

All was generally well during my stay - no other issues to note.

The front desk service was exceptional, efficient, and welcoming. the room size was impressive and satisfying.

Limited handicap parking available. Early breakfast timing, better until 10 am.

The room was super spacious and clean, which was a nice surprise. The bed was really comfy too. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The staff were super friendly and helpful, which added to the experience. The hot water was kinda hit or miss, though. a solid place for a cozy stay!

Cleanliness: This hotel sparkled, from the room to the common areas. Everything was spotless. the breakfast selection was impressive, offering a variety from waffles to yogurt. the location, just off the highway and close to the WMU Main Campus, was super convenient. the staff was exceptional, with a friendly and efficient front desk attendant providing a warm welcome.

We were disappointed to find a cracked tile in our room's small kitchen area, posing a hazard. the broken sink drain was also inconvenient. Despite these minor issues, we appreciated the accommodating staff and good breakfast. Overall, I'll recommend this hotel.

I stayed at Best Western for leisure for 3 nights. the staff were kind and professional. Jennie made a delicious breakfast daily. the heated pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable. the front desk girl was amazing, and the room was spacious and clean. Hilton Rewards program was appreciated, and the room layout was nice.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

The location was convenient, just a short drive to downtown Kalamazoo. the pool and hot tub were enjoyable, with the water temperature just right. We also appreciated being upgraded to a suite upon check-in, providing extra comfort during our stay.

We experienced issues with cleanliness, as the bed sheets and bed skirt had noticeable stains. Additionally, the lack of prompt staff assistance was disappointing.
